I am a massage therapist and calisthenics trainer. I choose methods that deliver results – not trendy labels. Alongside massage, I focus on movement – I can help you with recovery and targeted body strengthening. I use bodyweight exercises, kettlebell training, and place great emphasis on proper breathing – a key element in both movement and recovery.
I draw inspiration from various approaches – from Frank Forencich (strength, adaptability, and natural movement) to DNS principles by Pavel Kolář and Spiraldynamik® (understanding anatomy and functional movement patterns).
I see the body and mind as a connected whole – the psyche influences movement just as movement influences the psyche. When working with clients, I approach the body in a broader context of functional strength, coordination, and vitality.
I can help you with recovery, mobility, strength, and stability.
I speak Czech, English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently – we’ll understand each other.
